The organic fertilizer fermentation tank is vertical sealed structure, adopts high temperature aerobic fermentation principle.

Livestock manure are directly put into the equipment, when the conditions such as temperature, moisture and oxygen are suitable, these microorganisms will multiply and decompose the organic matter contained in the waste organic matter.

Through the synthesis and decomposition process of microbial life activities, a part of the absorbed organic matter will be oxidized into simple inorganic substances and provide the energy required for life activities. At the same time, another part of the organic matter will be converted into a new cellular substance to make the microorganisms proliferate.

This equipment adopts vertical sealed structure, which saves the floor space and reduces the equipment installation area requirements. The entire equipment structure is divided into three parts, the lower base parts contain hydraulic station, blower and hydraulic stirring shaft. The middle part contain double-layer heat insulated tank body, automatic control system, single-side fertilizer output device etc. The inner and outer layers of the tank are made of stainless steel plate, which effectively prolongs the life of the tank and reduces the residue of decayed materials. The middle layer filled with polyurethane . The upper part is composed of shelter, inspection platform and an exhaust facility. The auxiliary equipment includes heat exchange device, automatic elevator and exhaust gas filtering system device.
